Bringing the building into the present while preserving its character, transforming it to suit a new need and maintaining its integrity are very important considerations when rehabilitating an architectural piece of history.
Walsh has performed rehabilitations on a number of historical buildings: we have transformed warehouses into lofts, sleepy hotels into thriving resorts and industrial space into prosperous retail centers.
