Walsh is proud to have the opportunity to be a part of the Northwest region's HOPE VI developments. HOPE VI, also known as the Urban Revitalization Demonstration, is a federal program dedicated to revitalizing the nation's most severely distressed properties.
Walsh has been awarded HOPE VI developments in the Seattle/Tacoma and Portland metropolitan areas. During these projects, we have developed an unmatched expertise managing the complexities of these challenging initiatives.
