- Designed to Built Green, awaiting return
- 10,000 SF, wood and structural steel, single-story building. The space provides a local YWCA office, King County Branch Library, and adult learning center to serve the revitalized Greenbridge community.
- Extending over a long and narrow site which limits its square footage, the building is designed and constructed to maximize space and bring in natural light, with 24-foot ceilings in the library, and "window" walls along the length of the building.
- Owner: YWCA of Seattle-King County
- Architect: Stickney Murphy Romine Architects
