- Walsh has been priviledged to have a working relationship with Columbia Sportswear since 1996. The Columbia Sportswear Flagship store is a 40,000 SF seismic upgrade and renovation, including underpinnings, of a 100-year old office building. Built as a post and beam structure, the remodel was completed while the upper floors were fully occupied.
- The Columbia Sportswear complex is a 200,000 SF steel structure comprised of three adjoining buildings situated on 7.82 acres which house Columbia's corporate headquarters and the company's research, design and development facilities.
