A 136-ton Axis crane removed two old heating and ventilation units from the roof of the Hillside Manor public housing building in Milwaukie. They are being replaced with state-of-the-art HVAC units through the Resource Act Modernization Project that funds energy upgrades and weatherization projects for buildings owned by the Housing Authority of Clackamas County.
