A 136-ton Axis crane removed two old heating and ventilation units from the roof of the Hillside Manor public housing building in Milwaukie. They are being replaced with state-of-the-art HVAC units through the Resource Act Modernization Project that funds energy upgrades and weatherization projects for buildings owned by the Housing Authority of Clackamas County. Walsh Construction Co. is the general contractor, and Hunter Davisson is the mechanical contractor.
